For the past several years, the Kids Are Priority One Coalition has been working closely with the FrameWorks Institute on early childhood messaging. Through a technical assistance grant to the Kids Are Priority One Coalition, FrameWorks Institute staff have come to Vermont to lead trainings and have provided input on the Coalition's written materials.
