Passes the Senate!

H. 534 passed the Senate today by a roll call vote of 26 to 4. Your calls, letters, emails and testimony all helped to create solid support. Thank you all!
There was an amendment on the floor which proposed to limit the funding to "at-risk" children. That amendment was defeated by a vote of 25 to 5.
There will be now be a conference committee to work out the differences between the House and Senate version.
